Best for:Confronting your shadow; consciously moving into the parts of yourself you usually avoid — so you can understand them, integrate them, and stop being unconsciously controlled by them

How can I step through my shadow?(What can I bring to the background into the foreground so I can choose consciously instead of react automatically)

What am I clinging to from the past?(What am I still holding onto — emotionally, mentally, or even physically — that may no longer be helping me move forward?)

3. Automatic Behaviors
What bad habit has become muscle memory? (Where am I reacting out of habit instead of intention?)

4. Thoughts Are Not Facts
What insecure delusions are adding unnecessary chaos to my life?(What fears or negative thoughts might not be true, but are still stressing me out?)
